I've been trying to setup a microfit account and transfer account and it had been the most difficult experience. You can't call anyone directly, response to emails have taken days and the online system to input information is just very confusing. Your online system and customer service needs a lot of work.

#Colossal FAIL IESOIESO is a company to be avoided at all costs! If you want to work with a company who is non-responsive, inhumane and extremely unhelpful IESO is for you.My aged neighbour had to deal with her daughter's estate. IESO refused to take her phone calls and continued to refuse to help her in any way unless she had an email address. Once I started to help (I have email), they refused to respond to some emails, and until I yelled at them (our lawyer suggested they should be sued for harassment in their treatment of my neighbour).- HINT: This was the ONLY way I got any service). Then they continued to play games - I don't care if you have 30,000 clients, each client deserves respectful, helpful customer service!They were so vague in their communication (and unhelpful at every step) that even the lawyer did not understand their requests. What should have taken a few hours took over 18 months (not a typo) ... they made zero accommodations and were inhumane in their treatment of my neighbour. IESO should hold their heads in shame.
