I would like to give No star, extremely rude company, this morning, Saskpower cut off your power again without notice to everyone. They can email your invoice why no for the planned repair? especially for people using desktop, it just horrible.....did an overnight design or something really important, and it just GONE! What garbage management.

Literally so bad all these reviews speak for themselves. I’ve been on hold for 2:00 hours.. and I gave a band and a half for a place I don’t even live at. Garbage I would lightly give them no money and 1 star if I could. Lady barely understands me too. I literally have to baby them through the call. Pay me to that work and it gets done..

I am trying to contact SaskPower customer service and I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes with no idea when or if they’ll take my call to report the fact one of their trucks drove down our easement and left two 12” deep ruts for most of my 60’ lot. I keep my portion of the easement cut and groomed which will be impossible with the damage done by their truck. Purpose of my call is to report this incident and hope they’ll come out and fix the damage they did! Phone Customer Service is non existent as far as I can tell!

There’s a reason this literal MONOPOLY has the rating it does. The citizens of this province have no other choice for power and yet we are forced to pay ridiculous prices for absolutely terrible service. We have outages atleast every 3 months at the minimum and it will literally be caused by light rain, not rainstorms. They also raise prices regularly while not improving services or equipment. They also allow you to open accounts over the phone and offer almost 0 protection against fraud as many people have experienced this issue. This company alone makes me want to live in a different province. Not often you get to see an actual 1 star company but it sure is interesting to see how terrible their business practices are when you do.

Came home to no power, everything in fridge and freezer ruined. Fish dead. Had dehumidifier running to deal with basement flooding. No email no call no letter just come home to no power after they close and you can't contact them. This can't be legal.

Saskpower has been very good to me and my family. We have lived in many different houses but have had no major issues with their employees or services. There were times when we had a bill dispute or two due to high meter estimates, but things balanced themselves out.This review mainly is for the service technicians who came out to do a job at our old house. We had an overgrown tree in our backyard and one windy day the tree caused a power line fire which took out half of my power.I called saskpower who sent out a technician to get the issue fixed. He got it all repaired in no time and power was restored.

The utmost pi$$ poor customer service I have ever experienced from a crown cooperation or any company! If you can avoid, dealing with these jokers, avoid them at all cost! They failed to read my meter in two years, then threatened me with collections to which I said GREAT! Il dispute it and have it kicked back to your legal department and we can have an adjudicator determine weather or not i actually owe you anything considering your website makes it clear that you meter read quarterly! So if you want your legal team burning 10 to 20 grand to recoupe 2200 im more than happy to play these games with you! When they owed me money it takes 6 weeks to get a cheque, but will nail me with late fees if I take 6 weeks to send them a cheque. Happy to accept electronic payments but a policy violation for then to refund our money electronically. This corporation should be gutted top down and restructured! They have no idea how to treat not just customers but as a crown utility they don't even understand that they are public servants! You work for us! Get your turkey stuffing in a single pile!

Thanks saskpower to me coming home to no power. IN THE WINTER Yes I had out standing reassessment of 2000.00 dollars owing from last spring and I’ve tried to do my best with paying my monthly equalizing payments. But coming home to a house with no heat and three kids was not fun at all. So then I payed the balance owing threw help tonight then u have the balls to tell me it will take two business days to reconnect. I think not. And to be treated like a bum. Your customer help centre needs to learn how to talk respectfully and professionally. Can’t wait till crown corp is no more!

Sending ng self reading meter through phone because it clearly state that we can just give meter reading by calling. Went to call the customer service and introduced her self as Michelle through the phone. She is a filipino my goodness no basic knowledge of customer service and sounds like irritated. I am just giving them the self reading on the meter on behalf of my sister and still want me to send a picture. Next time change your instruction on your self reading card and leave a phone message because we are not always at home and we also go to work for 12hr to 16 hr shift.

An hour on hold 2x just to talk to them. where's the employees ?? maybe working from home yet watching TV? if they are in office why isn't management checking to see how many calls get answered
